Doors open at 6 p.m., the show starts at 7, and it’s 18-and-up only — Laffs2Go brings ABC and Nickelodeon comedian Rahn Hortman to Stage West Playhouse this Saturday, Oct. 10.
Hortman’s credits run through Nickelodeon, ABC, MAVTV, TBN, SiriusXM, and Dry Bar Comedy, and Creative Loafing has named him Tampa Bay’s best stand-up comedian. Tommy Bell opens as the feature act. Tickets run $20, and the show itself runs about 90 minutes.
This isn’t the first time Stage West has hosted this exact series — Mike Rivera headlined a Spring Hill Comedy Night here back in July, so this is clearly becoming a recurring thing at the playhouse rather than a one-off booking.
Parking is free on site, which isn’t a given at every venue in the area and is worth knowing before you go.
If a full evening out sounds right, Spring Hill and Brooksville’s neighborhood bars are a reasonable stop either before or after the show.
Good to know: Stage West Playhouse, 8390 Forest Oaks Boulevard, Spring Hill, FL 34606. Saturday, Oct. 10, doors 6 p.m., show 7-8:30 p.m. $20. 18+. Free parking. No refunds.
